We will investigate promptly, take responsibility, and resolve the issue through replacement, refund, or other agreed-upon solutions.
  • Can we visit your factory or conduct product inspections?

    Absolutely! We welcome clients and partners to visit our production base to see our capabilities firsthand. We also fully support third-party or client inspections during production or before shipment.
  • What logistics services do you provide?

    We can arrange various shipping methods, including sea freight, air freight, and international courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS). We also assist with export documentation and customs clearance to ensure smooth delivery to your designated destination.
  • What is your lead time?

    Production time depends on order quantity, product complexity, and current production schedule. Standard items generally have shorter lead times, while custom products require additional time for design and manufacturing. We will provide an accurate delivery estimate upon inquiry.
  • What payment terms do you accept?

    We support secure international payment methods, including Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C). Specific terms will be clearly stated in the sales contract.
